i had a dickens of a time getting DICK cheney to pose with bill maher. they were all "go fuck yourself," "no, go fuck your mother," "fuck your daddy" and so on for an hour. i finally got a nice pose by promising to strangle a baby while they jacked off.

Why so mean to poor Bill Maher. Sure he is a smirking asshole who looks like he has never even held a dripping dipstick, but.. number of people he ordered be TORTURED is zero.
How about Bill Maher force feeding sheets of 'Mother Jones' to Liz Cheney in order to get him to pose with a mass murderer.
